You will deal with customer queries and issues in an organised, timely and professional manner while providing an exceptional level of customer service. Duties will include co-ordinating new stock in the gallery, dealing with customer queries and issues,support of a number of galleries, liaising with the galleries dealing with their daily requirements, customer service to the galleries along with any other ad-hoc duties to support the team and the galleries.

Your main duty will be to ensure swift and productive response to customer queries. You will be responsible for providing remote software and communication support to end users of the organisations software applications.
Warehouse Administrator £6.65 per hour, Tamworth
You will have previous administration experience along with good communication skills.
Duties will include daily inputting of data to produce labels for customer orders, reconcile carrier invoices and highlight queries, ensure all products ordered via an internal purchase order are correctly processed and booked onto the system within 24 hours of receipt, also to provide and input accurate data for analysis on the supplier management system.
Part Time Accounts Administrator £10,100, Birmingham
You will have the ability to use your own initiative and work to tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, organisational and problem solving abilities. Experience of SAP would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given.
Duties will include completing invoice template with description of recharge and sending to customer, printing self-billed invoices weekly and raising purchase order, maintaining a spreadsheet with contract orders, receipt every month and to notify the purchase requisitioner when expired and obtain signatures for receipting along with checking expense claim forms, entering onto summary sheet ready to submit. You will provide cover for month end stock, balancing stock, identifying queries, reporting and resolving with appropriate manager along with providing cover for reception when required.

You will have previous Excel and adminstration experience.
Main duties will include planning and receiving of stock in to all company stock locations as cost effectively as possible. Inventory are responsible for company wide stock accuracy, reporting variances and putting corrective actions and processes in place. You will be recording collection status data using company databases and forms.
