You will deal with customer queries and issues in an organised, timely and professional manner while providing an exceptional level of customer service.  Duties will include co-ordinating new stock in the gallery, dealing with customer queries and issues,support of a number of galleries, liaising with the galleries dealing with their daily requirements, customer service to the galleries along with any other ad-hoc duties to support the team and the galleries.

You will possess strong organizational, I.T. and communication skills, a good understanding of Windows OS and Applications along with general awareness and knowledge of networking principles and practice.

Your main duty will be to ensure swift and productive response to customer queries.  You will be responsible for providing remote software and communication support to end users of the organisations software applications.

You will have previous administration experience along with good communication skills.

Duties will include daily inputting of data to produce labels for customer orders, reconcile carrier invoices and highlight queries, ensure all products ordered via an internal purchase order are correctly processed and booked onto the system within 24 hours of receipt, also to provide and input accurate data for analysis on the supplier management system.

Duties will include completing invoice template with description of recharge and sending to customer, printing self-billed invoices weekly and raising purchase order, maintaining a spreadsheet with contract orders, receipt every month and to notify the purchase requisitioner when expired and obtain signatures for receipting along with checking expense claim forms, entering onto summary sheet ready to submit.  You will provide cover for month end stock, balancing stock, identifying queries, reporting and resolving with appropriate manager along with providing cover for reception when required.

You will be a strong communicator, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to respond clearly to a variety of queries and issues. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.  You will also be computer literate and a confident user of web-based applications and Microsoft Office. 

Duties will include dealing with customer queries via telephone and email-supporting the registration/certification process ensuring customer invoices are raised and accurate records are maintained-supporting the management of the external verification process-providing administrative support to the team as required-help ensure organisation meet regulatory requirements.

You will be self motivated, target driven and have excellent communication skills.

Duties will include contacting existing customers from the company database and selling the latest offers and products, updating and cleansing data as calls are made, achieving targets for number of calls and conversion rates along with generating leads for the existing sales team from existing customers.

You will have previous Excel and adminstration experience.

Main duties will include planning and receiving of stock in to all company stock locations as cost effectively as possible. Inventory are responsible for company wide stock accuracy, reporting variances and putting corrective actions and processes in place. You will be recording collection status data using company databases and forms.

You will have experience in HTML, CSS,Javascript, JQuery along with knowledge of C#, .NET and MVC.  You will also have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities will include designing quality creative work, your role will have 2 focuses: designing for the web, you will be skilled in HTML design, creating innovative solutions for a variety of website and e-mail campaigns along with working closely with business develop to implement innovative marketing and social media initiatives.  Manage design requests from start of design idea to implementation including front-end development and representation of the end user, deliver solutions that satisfies customer (internal and external) demands while maintaining quality.

You will have experience and a firm understanding of software development concepts, such as OO and parallelisation, web development (HTML/CSS/AJAX), strong coding background in C#, Ruby, Java along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
