This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment.
Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.
You will be passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience, 2 years in a customer service environment with exposure to a senior level, be incredibly organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem solving skills.
