This is a superb opportunity to work on a leading website where you will be setting the strategy and hands-on managing the website’s day-to-day trading. You will be fully accountable for driving website sales, looking at improving the customer journey and improving conversion rates.
Responsible for the day-to-day trading of the website
Monitor reporting of trade on a day-to-day bases, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing actions plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
Using vast resources, you will be responsible for analysing sales patterns, understand competitor behaviour and customer behaviour
Set the trading strategy, continuously develop the website and look at UX roadmaps
Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to maintain growth and drive online sales
Work with senior stakeholders in the business as well as the wider digital team to help drive customer engagement and conversion
What experience do I need?
Strong leadership skills and extensive management experience
Track record of working in retail/ecommerce
Have strong commercial acumen with a can-do attitude
